NEW! CleanPipe Factory Sealed Coils
Radius Systems is proud to announce the launch of its new CleanPipe factory sealed coils for potable water in ProFuse PE100 and Dark Blue. CleanPipe technology has been developed by Radius to ensure a contamination-free pipe from the point of manufacture right up to network connection. PE100 electrofusion seals are inserted at both ends of the pipe coil and remain tamper-proof, air and pressure tight, reducing the risk of network contamination.
Installers can benefit from time and cost savings as CleanPipe eliminates the need for lengthy pre-chlorination processes, saving up to 16 hours per coil. Sealed at both ends, the coil is also ready to pressure test immediately after connection, without the need for capping off.
Radius' factory sealed coils have been designed with trenchless techniques in mind, offering maximum pipe protection, whilst internally located electrofusion seals make CleanPipe compatible with traditional towing heads. Combining ProFuse peelable pipe with CleanPipe technology gives the installer maximum protection against water network contamination, offering a factory sealed coil with excellent abrasion resistance and joint integrity.
