We are looking for a patient and calm individual to join our existing customer services team, who will commit to maximising customer satisfaction and be instrumental in supporting team objectives.
With this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. With your own dedicated accounts you will be responsible for providing an excellent level of customer service.
Using your knowledge of our wide product range, you will understand customer requirements and how they can be met through our production capabilities. You will liaise regularly with the Manufacturing/Distribution teams, acting as the interface with our customers.
The product knowledge gained will ensure you maximise sales and repeat business. You will administer orders, organise deliveries and respond to ad-hoc enquiries thus ensuring that customer requirements are met on an accurate and timely basis.
You will have a genuine interest in working with and helping customers, with the ability to deal with challenging situations.
A team player, you will have a highly cooperative approach, committed to supporting the team where necessary.
Sound communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills are essential with the flexibility to deal with individuals at all levels. You will use your experience of working in a customer focused, fast-paced and pressurised environment to exceed customer expectations.
With a high standard of education which includes literacy and numeracy you will have the ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise a variety of tasks.
