The Role
We are looking for a customer-focused maternity cover Account Executive to manage a portfolio of key clients, building strong relationships and delivering a high-quality service. Acting as the main point of contact, you will manage expectations, resolve issues and ensure client requirements are met while balancing business needs and supporting long-term retention.
Working closely with internal teams, you will oversee orders, support service improvement plans and help develop effective supply solutions. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering excellent customer outcomes.
The Candidate
We are looking for a calm, confident and customer-focused professional with strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels. You will be naturally organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple priorities, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving customer issues to maintain high service standards.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in a customer service environment and be comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
