Low-Carbon Commitment by Radius Spreads Far and Wide

As part of our mission to achieve net zero by 2045, we are constantly seeking new ways to reduce our environmental impact across all areas of our operations. This commitment goes beyond our products and services and extends to how we present ourselves at major industry events.

In October 2024, we proudly showcased our dedication to sustainability at No-Dig Live, our largest event of the year, where we introduced an exhibition stand designed with the aim of achieving the lowest possible carbon footprint.

This effort reflects our broader sustainability strategy and demonstrates how we continue to push the boundaries of environmental responsibility.

Here’s how we brought this vision to life:

· Sustainable Frame: The frame of our stand was made from 100% recycled aluminium, designed for reuse over the next 20 years across multiple events, reducing waste.

· Eco-Friendly Graphics: Our graphics were printed on gel fabric with water-based inks, fully recyclable through a certified take-back and disposal scheme, ensuring materials are kept out of landfill.

· Reusable Flooring: Instead of single-use carpets, we opted for Amtico Access flooring, a reusable, low-emission product manufactured locally in Coventry, further reducing our carbon footprint.

· Recycled Edge Plinths: The edge plinths were made from recycled reboard and will be repurposed in our offices after the event, extending their lifecycle.

· Recycled Giveaways: Even the pens we offered as giveaways were made from recycled plastic, reinforcing our sustainable approach at every level.
