The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Customer Support Team Leader to manage and support our customer service team in delivering outstanding results. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring orders, enquiries and deliveries are handled efficiently and accurately while driving team performance to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
Working closely with Sales, Logistics and other internal teams, you’ll act as the key link between customers and the business. You’ll lead improvement projects, resolve customer issues promptly and help develop processes that enhance service quality and team effectiveness.
The Candidate
The successful candidate with have at least three years people management experience in a customer-focused environment, along with experience dealing with international trade. You’ll be proactive, detail-oriented and confident in solving problems while leading your team to deliver exceptional service. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, are essential.
You’ll bring energy, resilience and flexibility to a fast-paced role where teamwork and leadership are key. Experience with Syspro and knowledge of Radius Systems’ products would be an advantage.
