The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team with the goal of creating an efficient and reliable service to help grow sales and also support the sales process, as well as the wider team objectives.
The role will assist with leads received through the office and ensure own quotations are followed through. Calculate and submit written quotations against enquiries received from established and potential customers via email, telephone, or passed on from other parts of the business. Support the wider team in servicing all quotation requirements during holidays and busier periods.
The Candidate
The successful candidate with be proactive, contribution-oriented and confident in building good working relationships with colleagues and customers. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, are essential.
You will be able to work to deadlines to ensure meeting customer and company expectations whilst maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
You must have understanding and experience of using best practice within a sales environment and preferable B2B knowledge.
