The Role
As Product Manager - Water, you’ll take full ownership of the commercial and strategic performance of our water product portfolio, from above and below ground systems to potable and non-potable applications. You’ll manage the P&L, drive range expansion and develop go-to-market strategies informed by customer and market insight. Acting as the voice of the customer, you’ll work closely with technical, commercial and marketing teams to ensure our products meet expectations, comply with industry standards and stand out in the market.
You’ll lead cross-functional projects to launch new products, identify innovation opportunities and optimise our range. From building business cases and supporting bids to representing Radius Systems at industry forums, you’ll play a central role in shaping our offering and growing market share. Your work will combine strategic planning, commercial execution and hands-on collaboration to deliver revenue, margin and growth targets.
The Candidate
We’re looking for an experienced product or portfolio manager with a proven track record of delivering commercially successful strategies, ideally within the water, utilities or pipeline engineering sector. You’ll bring strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and the ability to translate market insight into actionable plans.
A confident communicator and collaborator, you’ll excel at leading cross-functional projects, building stakeholder relationships and ensuring products launch on time and in full. Knowledge of industry regulations, technical standards and product lifecycle management will be key to your success in this role.
