The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career as a Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician. You’ll gain hands-on experience by shadowing experienced technicians, learning how to maintain, repair and optimise a wide range of machinery and equipment within a fast-paced environment. Alongside practical training, you’ll attend classes and workshops to build your technical knowledge, giving you a strong foundation in both the theory and application of modern maintenance practices.
You’ll support preventative maintenance, assist with repairs, and help keep equipment running efficiently and safely. With ongoing mentoring, you’ll develop practical skills, learn to diagnose issues, and contribute to maintaining high operational and safety standards.
The Candidate
We’re looking for a motivated and curious individual with a genuine interest in engineering, electronics and mechanics, who is eager to learn and develop new skills. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving ability, and the confidence to ask questions and seek guidance as you build your knowledge. A good standard of education is essential, including a minimum of Grade 4 in Maths, English and Science (or equivalent).
You’ll be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively to resolve issues and support wider operational goals. With a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, you’ll thrive in a hands-on environment where continuous improvement and personal development are encouraged.
